Why do you need a trial Unified State Exam and Unified State Exam? Who checks the work of OGE participants and how. How the work of the State Examination Agency in the Russian language is assessed.

If I had eight hours to cut down a tree,
It would take me six hours to sharpen an axe.

Abraham Lincoln

Every spring there is an exam. And if this year you find yourself among the lucky ones who are taking the Unified State Exam or Unified State Exam, then it is better to prepare for the test 100%.

What do the stages of preparation for the Unified State Exam or Unified State Exam look like:

Today we will talk about the need for preliminary rehearsal of the Unified State Exam and the Unified State Exam in conditions as close as possible to real ones.
While preparing for the Unified State Exam/Unified State Exam, high school students often turn to online tests and demo options Unified State Examination/Unified State Examination of previous years in order to test your knowledge and practice. This is a necessary intermediate control, with the help of which you can understand how effectively the preparation is going.

Why do you need a rehearsal Unified State Exam or Unified State Exam?

The more online tests you take, the better. However, at the end (and better yet, during) the preparation, it’s worth trying yourself in real Unified State Exam procedure or OGE. The “real” exam procedure is carried out in accordance with all the rules of the Unified State Exam/Unified State Exam and completely simulates the passing process:
1. At the Unified State Examination/Open State Exam rehearsal, original versions of CMMs (control measuring materials) are used to prepare for the Unified State Examination/Overview Examination.
2. The applicant takes the exam in a place unfamiliar to him, at a given time.
3. The formal procedure is completely imitated: opening envelopes, paper answer forms, bans on conversations and mobile phones, etc.

Rehearsal testing allows you to:

  • Learn the formal side of the exam and get used to it
There are many little things in the exam procedure that you need to be prepared for in advance: accurately fill out the answer forms, don’t forget your passport, pen, calculator, don’t be late for the start of the exam, find the right audience, know the procedure and reasons for removal from the exam, feel the time limits. It is important not only to learn these formal little things, but also to get used to them, so that during real centralized testing nothing distracts you from the main goal - getting a high score.
  • Check your level of knowledge on the subject
Rehearsal testing is an objective indicator of how well prepared you are to take a particular subject. Exam rehearsal allows you to adjust the process of preparing for it. After analyzing the results, you will be able to understand what you need to focus on. Perhaps you need to study new material, perhaps it is better to repeat what you have covered, or perhaps you know everything, but do not always carefully fill out the forms, in this case you need to solve timed tests at home with the correct filling out of the answer forms. If the results of the trial exam are unexpectedly low, then at an early stage you can change the list of electives and take those with higher results.
  • Practice testing technology
The applicant has a limited amount of time and several different types tasks. To successfully pass the exam, you need to be able to distribute valuable time between simple and complex tasks, otherwise some of the tasks will remain untouched by the end of the test. In addition, the applicant is given drafts and is allowed to take, for example, a calculator, ruler, and protractor for some subjects. All these resources must also be used correctly in order to achieve maximum results.
  • Prepare psychologically
Helping with psychological preparation is probably the most important function of the practice exam. If you deal with stress once, then the next time it won’t be so scary. And if you go through the rehearsal testing procedure several times, then you will feel like a duck to water during the main exam. The trial exam will teach you not to be distracted during the test by your deskmates, constant attention from observers, and will teach you not to give in to anxiety due to the unusualness of the situation and an unfamiliar place. During the all-Russian Unified State Exam and the Unified State Exam, security measures are being strengthened throughout the country: police with dogs, CCTV cameras, Rosbornadzor inspection. After the rehearsal Unified State Exam/Unified State Exam, even such stress will be much easier for a high school student to cope with.

How to take it trial Unified State Exam/OGE?

You need to go to the trial Unified State Examination/Unified State Examination the same way as you would go to a centralized exam, that is, as a “last battle”: repeat the material, sleep, eat, and get into the right psychological mood. You should not try to artificially improve the results of a rehearsal exam by using different devices, cheat sheets, and talking with your neighbors. During the centralized Unified State Exam/Unified State Exam, this may result in trouble for you. It is also important not to plan other things for this day, as you would do on the day of the main Unified State Exam/Unified State Exam.
That is, use the test testing of the Unified State Examination/Unified State Examination at 100%. Get the cleanest possible result so that you can then analyze it with your teacher and use it to improve your preparation.

When is the best time to take the rehearsal OGE/USE?

A good time for a trial Unified State Exam and Unified State Exam is from February to April, when the main school curriculum has almost been completed and the results are most objective, but there is still time to prepare and correct mistakes.

However, the best option is to take the practice exam several times throughout the year (or even a year and a half). This is the opinion of school and university teachers, as well as USE/OGE tutors. Why:

  • The exam becomes a habit, so the likelihood of a bad result due to incorrect filling out of forms or excessive anxiety is reduced to zero.
  • According to tutors who have extensive experience in preparing for the Unified State Exam/Unified State Exam, each rehearsal of the Unified State Exam/Unified State Exam increases the result on the main exam by 5-10 points.

How is the OGE in the Russian language conducted? What do experts have to deal with when checking students’ work? What is unique and unique about children’s works, and what mistakes do ninth-graders most often make in their works? Nadezhda Nefedova, chairman of the regional subject commission GIA-9 in the Russian language, told the press service of the Moscow Center for Quality Education about all this.

About cooperation with MCKO:

The Russian language exam in the GIA-9 format is being held for the eighth year. And this whole long and difficult path to approbation new form The subject commission passed the state final certification for the basic school course and its transfer to the regular mode together with our colleagues from the Moscow Center for Educational Quality. From the first day, MCKO has been organizing this large-scale and very responsible work, taking on the complex and very voluminous work of preparing and conducting the process of checking by our subject commission tasks with a detailed answer in the structure of control measuring materials GIA-9 in the main and additional periods of the final certification.

The regional subject commission for the Russian language GIA-9 is one of the largest in Moscow. When we started this work in 2009, there were 700 of us. IN recent years the number of experts ranges from 620 to 650 people, as, for example, in this year, 2016. And every year, the employees of the Moscow Center for Quality Education are faced with a serious task: how to accommodate our commission during the main period of checking graduates’ examination papers? There were years when we worked in two shifts: from 9.00 to 15.00 and from 15.00 to 21.00. Our working day lasted from 8.00 to 23.00. It has become easier over the past two years: experts work in one shift.

In addition, MCKO has always strived to create fairly comfortable conditions for experts to work: our fellow experts could always drink a cup of tea, coffee, or have a snack. Thus, over the entire period of our work, we have formed a capable team of like-minded people: employees of the Moscow Center for Quality Education, the Moscow Institute of Open Education and Russian language teachers in Moscow schools. We have always set ourselves only one task - to check the exam papers of graduates in a quality and timely manner, to objectively evaluate their successes over the previous nine years of study and thereby help the students see their prospects.

About the features of the OGE in the Russian language and the difficulties of working as an expert:

In the control measurement materials for the Russian language GIA-9 in the OGE format, there is not one task with a detailed answer, as, for example, in the Unified State Exam in the Russian language, but two creative tasks. First the guys write summary based on the text you listened to (task 1). The second part is the “test” part. And the third part (task 15) is again a task with a detailed answer, creative work, an essay. Moreover, the essay topics in the third part are variable: three formulations of topics are offered, and the student chooses one of them.

The approaches to wording are also different. The first is linguistic in nature, requiring the student to understand the statements of linguists about language, the ability to explain the meaning of the statements, and give examples from the text. The second topic is closer to the experience gained in literature classes. The children are offered the final phrase of the text, and they must interpret its meaning based on an understanding of the content of the entire text, taking into account the author’s position. This is a different direction of work.

And finally, the third topic. To a greater extent, it is ideological in nature. The student is asked to explain lexical meaning one of the mental concepts, for example: “love”, “friendship”, “mercy”, “humanity”, “compassion”, which form the basis of a person’s system of value ideas about the world and life. The guys, based on their experience, explain the meaning of the word, give examples based on the text they read, examples from their life experience.

The student is interested in working with such materials. During the exam, the nature of the work changes, and the student can express himself in different directions. creative activity. But it’s not easy for an expert: in order to check the work, he must know the specifics of each type of activity and the criteria for evaluating different tasks, taking into account the specifics of their implementation. In the package of materials for checking the work, the expert has 19 different texts (as was the case in 2015), 18 linguistic quotes, 18 fragments for interpretation and at least five words for interpreting the meaning, but again based on 18 different texts. The expert must meaningfully comprehend all this, correlate it with the requirements of the formulation of the task, the criteria and conditions for assessing the examination work.

It helps to realize the significance of the expert’s work: not only to check and evaluate the work, but also to help the student realize how successful he is in mastering the program for the ninth grade course, what his prospects are. In addition, behind every job there is a schoolchild. And without seeing the student, but reading his work, we become imbued with the meaning of his reasoning and his emotions. How can one not respond, for example, to such strength of conviction of a graduate: “What motivates a person in war? Fury? No. Fighting impulse? No. Conscience? No! Patriotism!!!".

About the features of the work:

We work with language and see a wide variety of graduates’ work in terms of their level of speech proficiency. There are vivid professional impressions. There are exam papers in which we see the enormous work of students, their parents and teachers in preparing for the exam. The works are distinguished by maturity in the perception of life, individuality of handwriting, and depth of content of the material. Last year, some guys, having chosen task 15.3, wrote an essay about friendship, one of them contained wonderful words: “A true friend is worth his weight in gold. We must not only look for good friends, but also be such.”

But there are also what we call “language quirks” of our schoolchildren. Let me give you a few examples:

“Each of us has a detail that makes us human.”

“Conscience is something that cannot be thrown onto the shoulders of another.”

"...signs of dismemberment..."

We laugh, and this is a good release during the difficult work of an expert!

ABOUT typical mistakes on the OGE:

The exam results depend on both the level of mastery school course in Russian, and depending on the level language development graduates of primary school. Therefore, we consider the achievements of ninth grade students as intermediate: there are years of study and years of growing up ahead - all this will give teenagers the opportunity to improve in language and speech.

A particular problem that we often encounter when checking school work is a large number of grammatical and speech errors. They indicate that the children have not mastered grammatical and speech norms well enough modern language, the formation of which is largely influenced by the nature of oral and written speech immediate environment and families first.

The student’s own experience of speech practice is also extremely important. This experience is quite specific in the selection of vocabulary and speech structure, if only because teenagers actively use youth slang with its vocabulary, speech patterns, grammatical features. When a student creates a text during an exam, he largely relies on his inner speech. And it cannot always be correlated with the speech or grammatical norm of the modern language. It can be difficult for children to switch from informal communication to literary speech. Often in their works there is a mixture of levels and styles of language.

Of course, any native speaker experiences external pressure from modern language practice. But teenagers are especially susceptible to this: there is a process of active exploration of the world around them, primarily through language. For example, in language, as in many other areas of life, there is the concept of “fashion”, “trend”. They are set, among other things, by journalism as an influential sphere in working with language, with the development of language. But the frequency of use of a word and (or) phrase in the speech of others does not mean that they have become a literary norm. The specificity of the expert’s work when checking examination papers is precisely related to establishing the compliance of the graduate’s written speech with the literary norm.

Wishes to students and teachers:

I want to wish my students only one thing: love and appreciate native language, including because language proficiency is the key to an intellectually rich and emotionally rich life. Whoever masters a language masters the world, because language provides enormous opportunities for understanding the world and provides rich opportunities for self-expression.

And I would like to encourage teachers to realize that there are no final achievements in the profession. It would seem that we have been doing the same thing for the eighth year - improving our skills in checking students’ work, conducting expert assessment their educational achievements. But the more my colleagues and I work, the deeper we dive into this process, the more we realize how much we still don’t know! Therefore, I wish teachers not to lose interest in the profession, in the business that we once chose and which we serve so devotedly.

It is not necessary to ban phones, but rather education leaders need to think about how to solve the problem of using phones in educational purposes how to create among schoolchildren a sustainable interest in studying the sciences that are in demand in practical life. Today, the material in textbooks resembles archival material before the birth of Christ. The history of the creation of mathematical knowledge is emasculated from mathematics textbooks, for example, the Fourier transform is studied, try to find out for what purpose the author created it and where this knowledge can be applied. Most of mankind's discoveries were caused by certain needs of human activity. And we have not only school teachers cannot answer the question of where new knowledge can be applied, but even in the country's leading universities the picture is the same. This is nonsense. This is exactly what kills keen interest; if a child had an interest, then by the 7th-8th grade the school completely destroys this need. Teachers who deeply know and love their subject may present material in a way that generates too little interest. Instead of looking for reasonable solutions, there is only one universal solution - BAN. We should not ban phones, but look for new options to put progress at the service of education. We must try to introduce schoolchildren to new tools, using the achievements of progress, and not declaring war on them. History cannot teach people anything; no one has ever achieved anything significant through prohibitions. In nature, for any action there is always a reaction. Maybe you shouldn’t fight at windmills, but think about how to change the situation in your favor.

I’ll give an example of the possible use of smartphones, made by a student homework, took a photograph of it, and before entering the lesson, he brought his phone up and, using technology by presenting information to the reader, transferred his solutions for verification, today you can not only recognize what is written, but also who wrote it, for this it is enough to process several tests in the classroom and the machine will accurately indicate the author. The question is when will such technologies come to schools? I haven’t brought anything fantastic here; if such technologies are introduced on a mass scale, they will be no more expensive than a regular electronic whiteboard in the classroom. Using a smartphone, you can display the solutions of any student on an electronic board; there can be a lot of applications and applications, you just need to turn on your head.

The school, with the appearance of numerous prohibitions, will soon resemble a prison; there, too, there are only prohibitions. We should not prohibit, but think about how to include schoolchildren in processes where they can be used for research and educational purposes. We are rapidly approaching the point when the intelligence of a machine will surpass the intelligence of a person. Several years ago I developed programs that can pass many Unified State Exam questions at least as well as any person, and these are the most difficult questions. In Japan, these works are completed on all school topics on any subject. level from the simplest problems to Olympiad ones. Life provides a unique opportunity to put the capabilities of household appliances - smartphones - to the service of education of the younger generation, but this must be solved through the organization of centers where they would develop programs whose goal is to make this resource as interesting and in demand as possible. It is necessary to discuss more the need for such transformations in the domestic school. The time has come when even “school walls” can teach children during recess, since today you can ask oral question and get a reasonable and useful answer to it. Look at the robots that are increasingly being presented on screens in preparation for the World Cup. What prevents such technologies from being introduced into schools?

Let me remind you once again that the cost of such technologies is no more expensive than an electronic blackboard, which does not yet work with every student, although almost everyone has a smartphone.

Hello! This is the situation we have. This Saturday, March 12, passed trial OGE in speaking for 9th grade students and the teachers of our school, being testing experts, are required to go to check the completed trial exam, on Sunday and throughout this week after their lessons. It’s even more like this: we are required to be at the checkpoint from 15.00, and our lessons end at 15.30. And we get to the point at about 1.20.

Firstly, I wonder if such a check is regulated by any legislation?

Secondly, what if I can’t or simply don’t want to go there? I can’t decide not to go without permission; the school will receive a letter of complaint about such a careless employee. But the fact is that by the time I finish, by the time I get there, it will be late... Yes, the head teacher agrees to replace my lessons, but I, as a teacher, would like to teach them, since I have a curriculum.

What should I do?

The question relates to the city of Moscow

1.What is a trial OGE?

2. Why is the inspection point located outside your school and who or what is being inspected?

3. Does the job description state the obligation to check the passed exam and how can this be done after the exam?

4. Who else is at this checkpoint - your students?

5. Please explain more clearly what you mean to a person far from the process pedagogical activity.

Clarification from March 14, 2016 - 12:33
Trial OGE, in this case teachers use the term “approbation”. In this academic year in 9 grades in the subject foreign language, students, after completing the written part of the exam, will take part 2 of the exam - Speaking - in a new way, and more specifically, “communicate” with the computer - there are several tasks to which the student answers orally, and his answer is recorded. Then these records are transferred - but here I cannot say the exact information, alas, but I assume that they are transferred to the Regional Information Processing Center http://rcoi.mcko.ru/. At this point, the records are processed, divided by numbers, and special forms are compiled for those who will check all the students’ answers in electronic form they are sent to one place, where experts then come, simply teachers, who bear this proud title, since they have completed certain advanced training courses. Therefore, the venue is not at our school. In addition to the testing experts (and these are teachers from all over Moscow), at this point there are those who supervise the exam, IT technologists who are responsible for the technical side of the issue, then the organizers in the audience who issue answer forms..

I'm not sure that job description there is such a point, since not all teachers are testing experts. In addition, we are paid for each tested work (80 rubles per work). And in theory, we fill out an agreement, but I can’t tell you what it is, since we conclude it only after we check everything! And they show us the number of verified works and how much we ultimately earned.

In fact, the school has nothing to do with the inspection. She only directs the teacher to courses, and he chooses whether to go or not, these courses simply help to better prepare students for passing the exam. And the organizers of these courses (MIOO - Moscow Institute of Open Education) send teachers to another organization (RCIO). This is such a confusing system.

Main state exam(OGE)- compulsory final test for 9th grade graduates Russian schools. The OGE is a form of organizing exams using tasks of a standardized form, the completion of which makes it possible to establish the level of mastery of the federal state standard basic general education.

To conduct State Examination 9 on the territory Russian Federation and beyond, a unified examination schedule is provided. The duration of examinations is established for each academic subject.

Exam materials

Control measuring materials (CMM) for carrying out OGE CMM are generated using an open bank of tasks and specialized software posted on the FIPI website www.fipi.ru.

Before the start of the exam, the organizers provide instructions, after which participants are given sheets (forms) for recording answers.

If examination materials are found to be defective or incomplete, the organizers will issue the OGE participant with a new set of examination materials.

At the direction of the organizers, OGE participants fill out the registration fields of the examination paper.

The organizers check that students have filled out the registration fields of the examination paper correctly.

If there is not enough space on the sheets (forms) for answering tasks with a detailed answer, at the request of the student, the organizers will issue him an additional form.

Students are provided with drafts as needed. Students can make notes in the CIM for conducting the OGE.

ATTENTION!

Entries on CMM and drafts are not processed or checked!

30 minutes and 5 minutes before the end of the exam, the organizers must inform participants about the imminent completion of the exam and remind them of the need to transfer answers from drafts to sheets (forms).

OGE participants are required to pass 4 exams:

in Russian language and mathematics (compulsory subjects);

two exams of the graduate’s choice from the list of subjects (see below).

Innovations - 2019

Since 2019, all graduates of 9th grade are required to undergo an interview procedure in the Russian language as admission to the main state exam. The interview will test students' skills in spontaneous expression of thoughts, so this form of control provides only 15 minutes for each ninth grader. During the interview process you will need to complete five tasks:

retell the passage you read literary work or journalism close to the text, accompanying the retelling with additional information;

demonstrate speaking skills in the form of a monologue on one of the topics proposed in the ticket;

show skills in dialogical speech, talking with a member of the examination committee.

During the interview, the student gains certain test scores.

Exercise

Points

Expressive reading

Compliance with Russian language standards

Total:

The student receives the main number of points for observing the norms of the Russian literary language.

Important point: The phrase “testing spontaneous speech” was used in the formulation of the purpose of the interview for a reason. The student must prepare for the tasks in just 1 minute! As a result, he receives a “pass” (admitted to the OGE) or “fail” (in this case, the student has the right to a second interview).

GRADUATES OF 9TH CLASSES ARE ALLOWED TO THE OGE

According to the Procedure for conducting state final certification for educational programs of basic general education, students who do not have academic debt and have fully completed the curriculum or individual curriculum (have annual marks for all academic subjects curriculum for grade IX is not less than satisfactory) and has successfully passed an oral interview in the Russian language.

Students who are winners or prize-winners in the current academic year final stage All-Russian Olympiad schoolchildren, members of national teams of the Russian Federation participating in international olympiads and formed in the manner established by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, are exempt from passing the state final certification in an academic subject corresponding to the profile of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren, the international Olympiad.

Graduates can find out their grades for the exam at the educational institution where they are studying after the work has been checked and the results have been approved.

Graduates of 9th grade who received no more than 2 unsatisfactory marks at the state final certification are allowed to repeat the State Examination in these subjects during the main period.

If a student does not receive a satisfactory grade and is retaken, the graduate will not be issued a certificate. Instead, a certificate of completion of training will be provided. The certificate indicates the subjects for which an unsatisfactory grade was received, and next year Only these subjects can be retaken.

THE CONTROL AND MEASUREMENT MATERIALS OF THE MAIN STATE EXAMINATION HAVE UNDERGOED SERIOUS CHANGES IN 2020.

All draft exam models for the 2020 OGE in academic subjects were prepared on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standards LLC. At the same time, continuity of the content being verified with the Federal component of the state educational standard. In comparison with the 2019 exam models, the 2020 KIM OGE projects have strengthened the activity component and the practical nature of the tasks. Some approaches to the design of tasks in mathematics and natural science subjects, accepted in international comparative studies, have been implemented.

The tasks of the Main State Exam for ninth-graders for 2020 have become more practice-oriented and test skills such as searching and analyzing information, arguing one’s point of view, and reasoning skills.

RUSSIAN LANGUAGE - the number of tasks has been reduced to nine. Task 1, which is a presentation, can now be written in any of the proposed genres: notes, essays, travel notes, reviews, diaries. The second part of the work presents tasks for checking spelling, punctuation, grammar, as well as analyzing the depth and accuracy of understanding the content of the text.

MATHEMATICS - included a new block of practice-oriented tasks (tasks 1-5).

SOCIAL SCIENCE - the structure of work has changed. In most OGE tasks in social studies, it is necessary to analyze practical situations, express your point of view, based on personal experience and facts.

STORY- new tasks have appeared that involve working with historical map, as well as testing knowledge of cultural history.

PHYSICS

BIOLOGY- the number of tasks has decreased.

In the OGE on CHEMISTRY and PHYSICS 2020 includes conducting real experiments.

A condition for obtaining a certificate of basic general education is the successful completion of the state final certification (GIA) in four academic subjects - two compulsory (Russian language and mathematics) and two elective.

SECRETS OF SUCCESSFUL PREPARATION FOR THE OGE

Collateral successful completion exam is quality mastery school curriculum, repetition and systematization of subjects studied in grades 5-9, development of various skills (reading and analyzing the content of the text, solving problems, etc.).

Included in exam paper assignments do not go beyond the content of school textbooks and programs.

It is not difficult to pass exams well if you properly organize your preparation for the exam. We recommend:

  • Study diligently throughout the years, avoiding gaps in knowledge.
  • Don’t “cram” - but thoroughly understand each topic. Human memory is the most imperfect carrier of information. But, knowing and understanding the theory, you can easily derive any forgotten formula in one minute.
  • Refresh your memory of the theoretical material you have studied over the years of study at the school.
  • Familiarize yourself with the main documents of the OGE, which clearly define the criteria for evaluating work.
  • Sort out previous years' tickets yourself, together with a teacher, or using video lessons available online.
  • Test your level of knowledge by solving demo versions of the OGE - 2019.
  • Don't be afraid of mistakes, they are inevitable. The more mistakes you sort out at the preparation stage, the fewer of them there will be on the OGE.
